Personal training series are custom made and specialize to fit each individual’s specific needs. Marie and trainers will develop and create attainable goals to move your workout to the next phase, help you accomplish your goals through a range of endurance, flexibility, circuit and resistance exercises that will help improve your balance, flexibility and stamina while achieving harmony. Marie and trainers are certified and specialize in varies fields of fitness whether it’s a change in resistance training, to improve your cardiovascular endurance, loss weight, tone, increase muscle mass or strengthen using mind and body practices or weight resistance, we do it all. We offer beginners Yoga and Pilates, Vinyasa, Hatha, Pre-natal, Broad Street Run and Half Marathon Preparation Class. Why Group Training: Like minded people can work to achieve similar goals, receive inspiration, support and have accountability. | Yoga reduces stress, increases mental focus and builds confidence. Offering yoga classes in the workplace creates a satisfying corporate environment in which employees flourish and productivity rises. Employees that take part in yoga practice will benefit from a calmer, healthier, and ultimately more productive work environment. How it works: Classes tailored to any class size. Sessions offered before the work day begins, over lunch hour, or after work once a week, twice a week or three times a week.
