The workshops are designed to give an extensive experience in the practice of yoga while having fun and gaining a deeper self awareness. I offer these workshops to provide all more focus on particular area resulting in more fun and deeper awareness. We are now hosting workshops and seminars at local studios.  Heart Opener Workshop:    
Join Marie in an effortless heartfelt flow with partner assist. This is workshop is perfect for beginners and advance students. Newbies will learn yoga can be fun and stress free while experienced yogis will have chance to deepen techniques.  Heart and shoulder postures are great for whatever is bothering you spiritually, emotionally or mentally, which tend to show up in the body. We will perform purifying poses to allow the heart, shoulder and spine to bring vitality back to your body.    
 
In this workshop we will build trust with each other while moving safely into and out of poses by incorporating principals of alignment, breath and awareness. Bring you, a love one, friend or family.  
 
Happy Hips Workshop w/Marie Ireola:    
Do you sit in a chair all day long? Run, ride a bicycle or do any vigorous exercise? Tight hips compromise the fluidity of our entire body by putting undue pressure on our joints from our feet to the tops of our spines.    
 
Release old tensions and holding patterns in the hips to bring more freedom to our movement and rediscover our emotions and creative energies. When we find release in the in the hips, we feel more lithe and fluid. The hip area is where we experience significant tightness, from stress of activities and the lack of movement.    
 
Release your inner energy with a gentle yoga practice. We will explore and build on the foundation of pelvic exercises and mental relaxation in a series of flowing poses to leave you invigorated and balanced. In this workshop well work on safely and effectively opening the hips from all directions and explore how the opening (closing) of our hips leads to a more grounded, connected and agile stance and a deeper, more refined practice. 
 
Yoga for Runners Workshop:    
In this workshop we will work on pre-run warm-ups, post-run stretching sequences, breath work for more efficient oxygen intake and a deep rhythmic pattern, techniques to relieve pan and tension. Learn sequences and techniques that will improve your flexibility, balance, posture and endurance.    
 
This workshop gives special focus on hamstring, hips, quadriceps, core-strength and breathing. You will learn how to use yoga as part of your cross-training. You will get at the end of the workshop a gift. The gift contains approaches to improve form, endurance, flexibility, strength and yoga poses. 
 
Yoga and Wine Workshop:    
Let us take you through an Energetic Vinyasa Flow practice that will lead into a deep meditation, and end with an organic wine tasting paired with snacks. As we flow through unlocking tension in the body we will awaken that inner bliss that lies within each of us.     
 
We will aim for the following: letting go, letting off stress, tension, & heartache. The meditation will help us deal with the daily stress. Let us show you how 90 minutes of Vinyasa flow yoga pairs beautifully with wine and one unforgettable Savasana.

"I am a person with a disability and I thought yoga and/or Pilates may give me more flexibility. I knew I couldn't do all the moves, but enough to help me.
